Roblox The Games is another official Roblox platform promotion that brings content creators, developers, and enjoyers together for a week or two of curated creations.
Taking place in August 2024 to coincide with the Olympic Games taking place in Paris, this particular promotion pits content creators against each other, with fans then choosing which side of the feud to bat for.
Which games are part of Roblox The Games?
Although we won’t know for sure until the official announcement is made, Roblox has confirmed that select experiences will take part in The Games by offering uniquely themed updates with matching rewards.
That suggests it’ll play out similarly to The Hunt and The Classic–two events from earlier in the year.
Leaks suggest more games will take part in this event than in previous events, with the list from popular Twitter user LilyGia_ highlighting the following:

When is Roblox The Games?
Roblox The Games is confirmed to begin sometime on August 1, 2024. According to RGLleaks, it’ll run until August 11.
What do you do during Roblox The Games?
According to RGLleaks, players can enter the Roblox The Games hub to join one of four teams consisting of a selection of Roblox video content creators.
By playing experiences taking part in the event, players can earn points toward their team while potentially earning various unconfirmed rewards as they go.
In an effort to balance things out and avoid a simple popularity content, the weight and worth of points earned by players looks to depend on the number of players on each team.
What are the Roblox The Games teams?
According to leaks there will be five teams taking part in The Games. Each one is captained by three of the following prominent Roblox content creators:
- The Crimson Cats
- The Mighty Ninjas
- Pink Warriors
- Giant Feet
- The Angry Canaries

It won’t be possible to change teams in Roblox The Games. Your initial selection is final.
